A veteran of the trucking industry, Dante served as COO and owner of a 100+ driver trucking operation for over 20 years. Prior to buying the business, he worked in all aspects of the company—working for a family business means you have to be able to do anything and everything. From delivering the occasional load to changing a tire, he has truly been involved in all aspects of the operation.
During that time, Dante saw the need for a driver recruiting department. The company relied on his leadership to develop their driver recruiting/retention department from scratch. The company was spread out across seven states, hauling time sensitive materials under government contract. The load had to move and safe, dependable, qualified drivers were a necessity. We were successful because of the workforce period! One of his veteran drivers was awarded Truck Driver of the year in 2017 by the Ohio Trucking Association.
Dante has served as a board member of a national trucking support organization, as well as local involvement with the Ohio Trucking Association.
